Remote training and coaching for all ages and levels, with a focus on accelerated personal development.  My individually tailored virtual interaction is as effective as in-person training.  Added benefits include recordings of sessions, and step by step explanations of detailed exercises to practice throughout the week.   I design each lesson according to my students’ abilities and personal goals, and make the necessary changes once I become more familiar with their needs.
